Manuela has over 25 years of customer service experience and enjoys working with the latest technology. She primarily takes care of all meeting bookings and preparations, new client on-boarding, as well as event organization. She is the client’s liaison with the advisors to ensure a smooth and complete process. Manuela has two children and enjoys all kinds of sports, such as hockey, soccer, swimming and cycling.
